As a child, I thought that the time I'll be spending when I sleep is a time wasted for playing. Growing up, we adapt to changing environment, learn a lot of information, and carry more and more responsibility. It's pretty much stressful just to think about it. That's when our thoughts about sleep change.
Have you ever gone to school for a whole day, maybe 8 hours, and come home just to go straight to bed? I know. I'm referring to the feeling when you finally rest your body on the bed. Amazing, isn't it?
We work hard and study hard for our development and for our goals. In the process, though, we might exhaust our body too much. We should always be thankful for this body we are given. Let's appreciate our tired bodies by giving it rests and a good night's sleep when it so needs!
