Futuristic? Japan's Robot Hotel (Weird Hotel/変なホテル)

Robots, automated machines, mechanisms that are triggered by body heat, and a dinosaur at the reception?

Is that a real girl?

Japan's Henn na or "Weird" Hotel just opened this Friday. Despite it being weird because almost everything is handled by robots from the moment you enter to the moment you exit, it is well received by the Japanese community.

"Irrasshaimasee!!!!!!!!!! I mean, hello"

There are two receptionists at the entrance, the woman which speaks only Japanese, and this fancy looking raptor who speaks in English! No worries! This guy wasn't trained anything more than receive people warmly.

Robotic porter!

Even the porter which will carry your luggage is a robot! All you need to do is type your room number in the interface of the screen and it'll do all the work. 

Is that a doll?

   There are no light switches in the room and the only way to turn on or off the lights is to speak to      robot Tuly. 

There are much more features in this Japanese hotel other than just those. Why not pay them a visit and see for yourself? ;)

The opening of the hotel have attracted the attention of the foreign media because of its cool and rather unusual features. It comes with a price, though!
